A Brief History of the Bar at 2333 N Jones Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada
The bar originally opened November 1, 1984 as “Bobby’s Lounge” when it was a popular biker/blues bar that became a catalyst with helping form the local Las Vegas Blues Society and turned out many of the legendary local Las Vegas blues pioneering artists.
In the New Country craze of the early 1990s, the bar was sold and renamed “Saddle N Spurs Saloon.” After over 31 years in business and continuously supporting live music, Saddle N Spurs Saloon is now part of Bob Kingston Productions, Inc. This is the same business that directly represents the local live honky tonk country music favorite, The Bobby Kingston Band and a Las Vegas based audio and video production company, The Barn Studios.
The Saddle N Spurs Saloon now has a fully functioning kitchen, appropriately called “The Chuck Wagon,” turning out some great Honky Tonk Bar Room Food.
